    Yep, confirmed today that if you hold down the Unlock key you can put the windows down, and if you hold Lock you can put them back up.

    So - either I've accidentally pressed it too long, or it's pressed in my pocket by accident, or it's the ghosts. Will see if it happens again in future now that I know about the up/down feature on the key.

    Holding down the Unlock button is Confirmed here too! Down went the windows, but all four, not three as in my original post.

    When I use mine, about 95% of the time only 3 go down...and not the same 3 each time.

    Best way to fix that is to take it in to show your dealer/service centre.

    As soon as you go to replicate the issue in front of them all four will go down and up flawlessly.

    ...and if they don't at least they'll have something to fix!
