Yeah I found that just then as well on vwgolf.net. Well its back to VW tomorrow morning. See how we go. I offered to give them the instructions and they scoffed. They really are morons.
Ironically I tried to book it in to German Auto where I take my car for servicing and they were booked for 3 weeks in advance. I got in to VW on the same day!

How hard can it be. They probably got to a certain point and without instructions couldn't keep going. I'll give em one more chance.

Ok. Finally got the paddles fitted by Solitaire VW today. Gave them the instructions this time and waddaya know 20 mins later they were done. And would you believe they didn't charge me a cent because they stuffed me around! Completely redeemed themselves IMO.
I have amended this post now as I have had time to get used to these paddles. I really like them now. Its quite a different feel to the oem but it just takes a bit of time to adapt your grip. It all makes sense now. So I'll promptly get back in my box and say to you folk "Go get 'em"!

Yeah still open. I havent put a close date on it as yet. Trying to drum up as much interest as possible to see what kind of discount we can get from the team at S2T Performance.
So at this stage just name, number of paddles and color will do.
