RRP no longer available on the VW site

I've just noticed that the PDF with the RRP prices is no longer available. How are you supposed get a good idea of the RRP, and thus where you want to begin negotiating now, without going to the dealer?

They can only advertise the final value - so that includes dealer delivery fees that vary.

chylld has made a very useful spreadsheet that is better than a RRP list.

Every VW dealer has a breakdown itemisation of the car price, options, and the on road costs such as dealer delivery, stamp duty, rego, 3rd party etc

(well at least all the VW dealers I've been to in the Sydney area do).

I suggest picking one up from your local VW dealer. I agree what the others are saying though... use the price sheet as a guide to what you can realistically achieve... which judging from the responses seems to be quite a bit.

Same as the current MY08 GTI. Subject to price increase.

    48k odd.
