That where I got my stuff too, shipping was great and all the parts look factory genuine.

Yep, rear camera from them. But watch out for exchange rate, 300eur+ shipping hit my bank account about $500 hit, wish Aussie dollar was on par with Euro

    Hi Guys,

Thinking of biting the bullet and purchasing the RVC for my MK6 GTI, only issue is that I'm not too confident in ripping up my interior trim nor do I have the vagcom tool required. Would anyone be willing to lend me some of their time and help install the RVC, will be more than happy to compensate for your time.

    Thanks guys.

I was just going to post the same link. Thanks to your guide Chris, I installed my RVC yesterday and everything working well, including OPS. Even managed not to break or scratch anything, but took about 3 hours including me debating on soldering to the rear tail light.
Thanks again for taking the time to put it together!

I bought mine from carsystems.pl via eBay eBay Australia: Buy new & used fashion, electronics & home d

Came with the harness and drain tube/grommet. Shipped UPS and was here within 3 days. I made an offer of $450 which was accepted, so $530 USD landed. Nothing else required, but as per Chris' guide, you do have to lengthen the power cable to reach the fusebox and I cut the yellow/black wires about 120cm from the camera end as they tap into the left rear tail light. I also cut and later re-soldered the red wire at around 90cm from the camera end as this removed the clips so I could run the cable up through the rubber boot and into the hatch lid.

I really wanted the camera as both my work car and my mk4 have it and it's very handy, but couldn't find an R that met my other requirements and had it fitted.

It really isn't a difficult job, as others have said, just take it slow. Good luck!
