    Replaced front Rotors and Pads

I have today replaced the front rotors and pads with Bendix Euro+

and now I have noticed that the brake pad sensor is incorrect.

The solution was to cut it and solder the new 1/2 one to the new old one

the only problem now is that the brake pad warning light up on the dash

No fault codes on the OBD2 scanner or on the mechanic scanner

I need to know the resistance value thats needed to cancel this warning on the dash

or if I can VagCom it or use the OBD2

Its annoying as it comes up every time I start the car

    cheers

The easiest solution be to buy new wear sensors and fit those to the new pads. Wear sensors are pretty cheap.

Are you saying that the wear sensors that came with your new pads are not the correct ones? Do they not fit into the pad, or is the wiring plug incorrect?

Just short the two wires, your dash light will turn off.
