Im just about to pick up my new R from Chatswood Classic and i have to say, Tony Grgic has been absolutely fantastic through everything! He initially gave me a brilliant price on a Passat CC (when he was at Fivedock) which i cancelled a month later and then ordered the Golf R (a year later) which again he gave me an unbeatable deal!
He also organised all the Fleet paperwork, adjusted the order everytime i broke his **** and basically bent over backwards to help.
Tony worked and Fivedock, Parramatta and now Chatswood where he is currently the Sales Manager so anyone looking for a new VW, go speak to Tony.
Absolutely loving my Golf R and hearing the Miss' scream when it come's on boost!!
It's amazing how 1 human being can destroy credibility and a brands reputation. No wonder online shopping has become the new retail. I wonder if the automotive industry will head down this path.
I finally ordered my GTI in the last week of Feb 2011 @ Barloworld Mascot. The entire sales process took 3 months. Starting with test drives, visits, negotiations, 10 quotes, back for another drive etc. The whole team I dealt with the same gentleman by the name of Dennis Barbarigos. He has been an absolute legend from start to finish. Also quite confident my final price was competitive.

3 months???, my sales process took 1 day over the phone to barloworld in glen waverly. i got the name of the salesman off a member here, i asked what he had, he gave me the best price by far compared to all the jokers in sydney, i negotiated some accessories and gave a cc number and that was it. easiest car buying ever
I think he means from purchase to delivery of vehicle..
Another thumbs up for Tony Grgic. I got a GTI from him while he was at Denlo Parramatta in December 2009. I walked in on a Tuesday and drove home with the car by Friday. He even found a way to get me a corporate discount. Fantastic sales but unfortunately I was completely screwed over by the Denlo service department - nothing to do with Tony though. Have since switched service to Barlo Five Dock and they have fixed everything.

apologies for not being clear - essentially i was indecisive for 3 months. test driving other brands, going to back to the dealership for the 3rd. 4th & 5th test drive with wife and kid. Point of the story is he hung in there with me for 3 months from start to the day i signed the dotted line. he was patient, always friendly and still gave me a kick ass deal.
