    Random Plug in Cabriolet boot space?

    In my travels I have discovered this plug in the drivers side panel in the boot:







    So form the manual the OS models have a 12V socket in the boot, but this is clearly too many pins to support just that... I'm sorting of hoping it's actually for the RVC option (which would make things nice and simple ) but sadly I don't think this is the case

    But does anyone happen to know what this plug is for?

    Looks to me like towbar wiring connector!!!!

    Does that mean a tow bar is then piss easy to install in this model and doesn't require stupid amounts of wiring back to the front of the car??

    Maybe, but it won't stop the dealer charging ~$1500.

    yeah no wiring to front. Fit module and rear wiring from there to towbar.
