1 false neutral last month - 3rd gear in manual mode, had to brake hard and suddenly to avoid hitting someone who cut into my lane.
Tried to accelerate back to speed and the engine free revved. Put the gear selector back in D and let the revs drop to idle, gearbox grabbed 2nd gear and I started to move off. Someone could have hit me in the bum :/

1 bad gear change. On a day I left the car in D with lots of slow traffic driving. I slowed down to a near stand still to take a right hand turn, and the gearbox made a big clunk and the car jolted. I'm thinking it's sorta like if you try put a manual car into first gear without slowing down enough. (gear box says no, hand says yes ... clunk) ... only happened once.
