I will say one thing regarding going with a genuine Ross Tech item, their support is fantastic. I've had so many e-mail convos with them to debug new cars (RS5) or faults (The DSG didn't like my netbook running Win7) that the extra cost is negligible.

I am happy to buy a case of beer or a bottle of your favourite poison for some of your time.

Alternatively are there any Service centres in Brisbane that will perform VCDS changes, Does anyone know if Guy Harding offers this service?

Dave, I've managed to "enable" the bluetooth voice control, which wasn't done with the install *cough*.

Might try some other tweaks in this thread and see how I go. That rain sensor window closing one is on my list.

Also, is there a way to force shut the sunroof when I lock the car? I keep forgetting but thankfully have an observant wife to remind me.

When you lock the car, if you keep the lock button depressed on the keyfob any open windows including the sunroof will shut.

Also a cool feature when unlocking the car, again if you keep the button depressed all the windows (excluding the sunroof) will open.

Hey Prodigy, yes I know that but I find it sometimes doesn't hold (user error) or the signal doesn't go all the way so I'm fiddling to hold the button down again. If I can just press lock and walk away and the car is doing it all for me I'll enjoy that "convenience" more.

Haven't had VCDS plugged in for ages, just too lazy! Not sure if the latest version (beta) offered any new options.

Other than the normal method metioned by Prodigy, never heard of one. Could ask Ross-Tech if it is possible?
