I was informed the fuzzy logic system cannot be turned off - but can be reset again and again. I suppose I just have to get used to taking off in manual or sport in an intersection as in D1/D2 you never know when it will work properly or not.

I know what the road situations are and would rather adapt to the car's 'constant' values rather than try to adapt to something that's trying to adapt to me without knowing enough about the surrounding circumstances. I may be forced to drive like a granny during bad peak hour traffic but if a gap opens up I want a lot of power without hesitation to make the most of it. Fortunately SprintBooster fixes the D1/2 hesitation issue mostly (enough) for me.
If you use the paddles you will go faster Seriously, IMO manual is best unless you are in stop start traffic.
