How long does it normally take to replace the clutches, i left the car with dealer for diagnosis on Tuesday dealer said they will probably get the clutch pack on Friday(I remember them saying earlier that the clutch comes from Singapore and it can take a total of 10 days to replace the clutch which i didnt believe, but honestly i thought it comes from Germany??) so dealer reckons the job will probably finish Monday or Tuesday. What do you guys think?
My clutch is coming in from Germany, with a 4 week wait (not sure if that's clutch delivery time or service department availability). Obviously I'm still driving the car and will drop it off for them to work on it, hopefully it's done within a day. I think some parts are stored in Singapore though, as I was once told about a part I might need that would come from there.

The actual replacement of the clutch in my car took a day - but I was told to expect to be without the car for up to 3 days.. think they only said that as a 'just in case' warning. I was happily surpised when I got a call on the day (arvo) to day that she was all done and ready to be picked up.

Mine took 3 days to be done - at first they didn't mention they will replace the clutch but only a DSG software update. The second day they called back and said the clutch has to be replaced as they have taken out the transmission already

Found one online and had a friend help me fit it. There's a thread about it.
Got my car back from the 30k service and got the 37G7 software update done. If you have the rough idle at start-up and this little 0.5 second lag when taking off - this update fixed it for me. The car goes back this week for a closer look at DSG jerky shifting patterns as well as the "tick tick tick" noise. I drove around with the Mechanik for good 30 min to demonstrate this "tick" noise and he said it's called pinckering (I think) and is usually related to bad fuel quality (sub 98 ron). As I always put in the good stuff they are checking the injectors as well to see if this is it. Update next week.
Forgot to mention that I paid $99 for an AC flush and that got rid of the awful smell. Expensive but well worth the $$$
