good news!

GTi is now in the holding yard, ready for me to take delivery this weekend

5.5 long months done.

Quick question, any suggested dealer added settings (ive asked for the alarm/horn chip on lock and unlock)

Hi all,

Well I placed my order for my Golf R last week, just made the cutoff for the 3 door

The dealer reckoned they are bringing the Scirocco to replace it. Anyway my car specs are in my sig, waiting to get allocated a build date now.

Hi everyone,

Newbie here, finding it weird how I get excited everytime I read here that someone has received there pride and joy. What am I going to be like when I receive mine. A couple of weeks ago I was told that mine has been earmarked for week 20 or 22 build. Not sure if this has changed since but here's hoping. May contact dealer soon for any possible updates.

Congrats to all who have recently ordered or received there babies !

LOL! On delivery day, I actually turned down the dealer's offer of coffee - too pumped already.

I think we all knew that was coming! And I'm glad you got in before the cut off period for ordering a 3DR...so much nicer than the 5DR IMO. Anyway, congrats on the order and nice choice of colour. United Grey on black wheels was my second choice, but I just couldn't say no to CW.
