Factory fitted Bluetooth ( Apparently a lot better than some earlier ones I was reading about here and plays nice with iPhones. Will see early next week. Cheeper to $550 )

I have no patience so when this one came up at Ozzy Park I figured bugger it time fore the STi to go.

I think it has done a test drive or two cos when I took it out it had 51km on it. Not complaining as I had the choice of this one with the MDI and reverse camera or the one without that hadn't been touched. They were keeping one as a demo and apparently it was supposed to be the one I wanted.

It came up really well. Had stage 1 APR done yesterday. I went for a ride up Mt.Nebo today and after riding I thought I would drive back the long way. A fun drive, great with the roof open and Powderfinger playing.

Still wish they did an R wagon.

Yeah - I too hope that by the time I actually need a wagon, there is a R or at least GTI version!
Though I guess there is always the Passat Wagon.

Ah rub it in I stopped off at the dealership on the way home from dinner and there's 2x golf Rs sitting inside RB/silver 5dr with another one down the side in the service department (RB 5dr) no 3dr RB to be seen though ;(

I keep going into the garage, turning off the lights, and pressing "unlock" on the remote..... the beast light up, including the headlights - awesome sight.... rub, rub, rub, rub

Which dealer was this at? i saw a RB with silver 19"s and Euro Plates at VW Osborne Park sitting in the showroom yesterday. looked great.
