Well today marks the 4 week and 1 day mark for me waiting since the car was docked in Melbourne. Still Nothing from the dealer.

I was informed of a Mid July pick-up... which is this Thursday. So I will be calling them on Wednesday to ask for a 'please explain'.

Does that sound fair? or am I being abit hard to please here?

So your car was on the Queen Sapphire, correct? My car was on that boat and I've had it since the 1st July so yep, it seems weird that you haven't got yours yet.

No the Toscana.

It docked in Melbourne on: 14/06 and it said it was delivered (whatever that means) on the 17/06

But still on Wednesday it will be exactly 1 month since it had docked in Melbourne... Im abit worried something has gone wrong and the dealer is covering something up.

I have called and Emailed the dealer and the manager and I have had no reply except for "It will be ready soon"

I honestly cannot see what needs to be done. I was getting no dealer fitted accessories on the car. It should be ready to go from the moment it gets off the ship except for a quick wash or whatever.

Lol... you should take a trip to the docks some time and have a look at how the cars come off the ship.
There is hours of work to be done.... There are forum members who have cried when they turned up to collect their car to find it was still in the state that it came off the ship (seriously).

What state do they come off the boats in? They are covered in plastic stick on stuff all over the car last time I saw pics from docks and cars waiting at the dealership?

Anyways, I contacted my dealer and I was informed that I can pick it up early next week, just need to let them know when I want to get it. They said they can order the Skoda Bluetooth kit for me, however it is on backorder and they have no idea when it will be available to be installed. So I said that I would get it fitted later, as they said the wait for the bluetooth could be a month or more, they just didnt know.
