The official I have ordered/received my new MKVI thread

Mine arrived on 29th and when I rang the dealer last Friday (7th) it had just arrived at their compound.
I went to check it out, but it was locked away. Anyway, I have been speaking to them this week and I can pick it up at noon this Friday.
An extra long weekend for me with a new toy !!!

The 2 i saw where both white.

Since I ordered mine in April, I can only recall seeing 2 Mk6 GTI's on the road. A Carbon Steel one in Exhibition St (parked behind me, so I checked it out!) and one the other day on the Monash - a white one with Detroits and it looked great. I was behind him as he took off, up the on ramp - sounded great as the DSG changed gears....but other than that, see very few on the road at the moment.

Haha, where at on the monash? that could have been me, i drive it every day and usually thrash it a bit down the ramps....

Haha, yeah i haven't seen many as well. I saw a white one on the Monash freeway as well.
Saw a white one at Chadstone as well last night. Parked next to it on the other side
