I normally see one every day/2days here.
But i normally see 1 tiguan a day as well and they have been out for 2 years so not really a fair display of purchase - street viewing ratio.

I see one every few days, which isn't what I expected and not as common as I recall the MkV was after the same period of sales. I did see a red one today, though the rear bumper was heavily damaged.

I have seen a bunch of MKV GTI's since i ordered and picked up my mk6.

I like not seeing a lot of them on the road.

Just got a call from my dealer telling me the car is off the boat and is now waiting for clearance from customs.

The 2 week wait is killing me ><

Just spoke with my delivery person, Car is ready tomorrow, after a 6 month wait, looking forward to it! woohooo

Dealer just told me - mine has cleared customs - now needs to use it's gsp to get to Adelaide. Excitement is mounting. Car was off loaded from Toba only 4 days ago - this is definitely good, if not awesome news - may even get it before the end of May.

Can you let us know how long it takes from landing to pick-up?
So far all i have heard is hear-say and guestimations.

It's hardest waiting now as you know it's so close to being able to enjoy the car you bought.

My car arrived at the dealers late this arvo. So its taken 9 working days from leaving the boat to arriving in Toowoomba at the dealer. Thats not too bad. I'll go check it out Friday arvo.

Great news for you guys. My dealer told me it would only be about 10 days from docking to delivery. There would be a a few things that could go wrong I guess but it's worked out good for you guys..

Great news for me!! The dealer actually called me this time (as opposed to me having to cal them) and they told me I can pick up my baby on Monday at 2.30. Gotta love taking time off work to pick up my new car. After all the inspections and such it is straight to the Ventureshield dealer to get my car wrapped and coated. So really don't get it properly until Wednesday but at least I get to run it in on Monday.
