leaking drivers door 103tdi

with the recent heavy rain the drivers side door has been leaking from the top only after driving for a while (a few drops on my arm) .. a bit of a worry as the car is only two months old .. i think it might be from the water streaming from the wiper on the drivers side around the door seal... i'm not too sure why it is so.. the seal looks fine no holes or anything ... might be due to the seal being inundated with water ... all other doors are fine ... anyone else with similar issues or dealers with any knowledge on the issue ... i know door seals are a bit fiddlely to fix
