OEM Bi-xenon with DRL and LED taillight

Hi, a mate from HK told me he got some set of OEM Bi-xenon with DRL...that's 1k inc shipping
ask me if anyone interested
those are brand new..

and the LED taillight will be 700 inc. shipping

For those non-Bi-Xenon Golfs,
the full set of the Bi-Xenon will be 2600 inc. Shipping
(again, no need to worry about the custom stuff)


Before the pic, let me explain y it's cheap and y so many avaliable
HK's Golf's Bi-Xenon came standard, everybody got one, that's y is cheap
FYI, u need to have the Bi-xenon cuz the ballast and the bulb is transfer from that, this is ONLY the Headlight case

unless these come with the auto leveling system as well as the auto washing system, then they will need to be purchased and fitted as well, as it is illegal to install xenon lights without both systems

I guess maybe people are reading sam's post wrong.

This is for cars WITH a Xenon system already. It's sold in HK where GTIs come standard with Xenons.

So the auto leveling and washers are already in the car.

All this does is provide an OEM housing with the LED DRLs.

also he mentions "for those non bi-xenon golfs" a kit is available, does that include the auto leveling and washer systems? would be interested in them if it did

This is for those cars without the LED DRL.

The washer would not be included. I expect that's factory customized.

But auto leveling should be part of the xenon assembly, I'd expect.

Aus design rules require 2 criteria for hid/xenons
1) self leveling ( these lights above comply)
2) washer system

So unless you guys plan on modding the front bumper to incorporate the washer system your car will actually be in contravention the ADR. Presumably the car is also deemed unroadworthy.
I'm no lawyer but this is my interpretation. I would be very cautious.

I could be wrong but my R35 Xenon came standard with the car. It had auto leveling but not washers. How did the car get sold here?
