    I'm loving Anke's mystery shopper approach. That has the potential to sort a few cowboys out, haha.

    Me too. I think we should start writing into her about our stealer experiences. I have had very poor experiences with almost all of the stealers in Sydney.
    If it were not for the product, I would have given up getting a VW.

    "Koeckler said she was not aware of any specific problems but said: "I think it doesn't make sense to be arrogant. We work with mystery shopper [research companies] and we also have customer satisfaction analysis. I receive also customer letters directly. I read them and deal with them."
