Needs insight - mk6 gti exhaust on a tdi?

Hi all

So after reading about the forums, it seems that a mk6 gti exhaust could fit on a mk6 tdi.
However, i've got this problem
Is switching the exhaust just as simple as switching the rear valance insert?
Or
Do i have to get a whole gtd/gti bumper?

The GTI bumper/valance is ever so slightly different in shape to that of a TDI/TSI, so you will need either:

- a whole new bumper and valance from a GTI or GTD
- modify your existing valance so that it has 2x cutouts for the exhaust tips
