    You may be on the money too, because ive definitely had this on the freeway etc when heading away from good radio reception..........I'll keep this in mind too, thanks

    Had the same issue over the weekend, jumped onto the forums to check if anyone else reported the same. All fixed and no chime, yay for the forum

    Thanks guys.
    Went for a 250klm drive through the country side and had the chime a number of times. Had me completely stumped. Just looked TP was on - have now turned off. What a good excuse to have to go for another long drive.
    TP must have been turned on at my latest upgrade to V6 maps recently as I have never had it before.
