MKVI 2.0 TDI UG spotted in Sydney

Spotted a new stump puller on Roberts Rd Greenacre this morning.
I'm sure the design will grow on me like the MKV did.

the back lights look like a toureg or something.

wheels are TINY!

Yer i agree, there's just something not golf enough with the new MK6...

maybe if the stuck with the MKV shape, widened it and slightly tweek'd the lights a tad and not ilongate them like they have, it would look some what respectable. but still i guess it'll grow on us VW fans.

Geez if wasn't for the Fiesta and Elantra in those photos, you'd almost mistake it as a people mover by the shape of it. At least in comes in darker colours than the white and silver we've gotten used to seeing so far.

I agree, I really want to like it, but that back end looks quite honda.
What happened to the awesome round rear LED tail light concept like the, passat, polo, golf, eos, etc.
I like the chisel lines on the doors and sides but the front and rear lights need work, IMO.

Hopefully VW havent done a Subaru. I wonder if we'll see a mark 7 by the end of 2010.
