MK6 Gti RCD unit not storing radio stations...

Hi ,
My head unit is not remembering my 6 station preset any more.
After I program the 6 stations in memory, every time I turn teh car off it looses its settings.

Any help is appreciated. This started happening after the car returned from service.

The stereo isn't in 'best station memory' setting or the like? These are like a temporary set of memories that you may use if you were in another city, but don't overwrite your normal presets. I don't know if the VW stereos have that feature or not, as I'm only new to mine.

The entire presets are there present in the settings they don't change, but the front 6 settings disappear.
it only started recently? not sure why.
