Good idea for you to go elsewhere by the sounds of it, hopefully they will miss out on some warranty $ with that sort of
attitude. Did you give him the updated TPI number btw?
My dealership service manager also confirmed the number had been superseded, then went on to say he knew nothing
about this fix, so rather than discuss it any further, I just let my fingers do the walking, no problems.
Wont be any help to you though cause I am in Melbourne, sorry
Hope to be noise free FINALLY next month after 15 mths.
