Really struggling to find a thin 16mm spanner, can the job be done without it?

Make one with an angle grinder. Buy a cheap one and make it fit.

Found something! I can get one of these today. Would it do the job? It's a pushbike spanner ...

I imagine thats what you want. Have you looked on teh car to see what access you need. ie Will the plastic handle on the spanner be a hinderance?

I think grinding down a cheap spanner is a good solution still, unless you haven't a grinder.

I can cut the plastic handle off. The one I'm getting is similar. The plastic is just a coating over the metal underneath so i'll remove it if it's an issue.

Job done, 4hrs or so it took me as I was going slow to make sure I did it right. Reset Ecu fault codes with my uncles obd scanner and boom everything is working perfect now. Thank you so much for your input as it made it a breeze to do having the right equipment handy. Cheers

Nope, was quite easy. Pulled off front drivers side wheel and inner guard to gain side access, made it heaps easier. It's a pita job though to be honest, lots of fiddly crap.

The boost pipe is what I hate, hard to get it out due to the tight space

Hi, I have replaced my water pump but my supercharger/belt isnt moving! How do I check if the fuse is blown? How do I replace the fuse for the Supercharger and where is it located?
