Hi there just wondering if the famous k&n is a worthwhile investment for a mkvi gti?
Cheers

Bugger all performance or noise difference with a simple panel filter replacement, but could save you money over time if you keep the car for a long time.
If you go ahead, i would suggest you consider AFE (Air Flow Engineering) filters over K&N, they are much better quality, with more filtering media and more surface area. AFE also have a 'dry' filter option which are not oiled (better for your MAF sensor). The 'dry' filter is white in colour.
