woohoo! Will have to keep checking the rip webcams soon as well. Almost onto the final phase of waiting now. Hope i get the R before my hols end on the 17th!

Well for all those who have cars onboard the Don Quijote, she just went through the rip not long ago. Goes through quick too. Blink and you will miss her! Here are some cam grabs I got.

So does anyoner know how to track the vehicle once it has left the ship or is sitting at port? I live in Cairns and I know the ship docked in Brissy back on the 21st. Just curious to know where it is now...Perhaps a transport company that VW use to move vehicles around the country

Call your dealer. That's the only way you can track it once it's landed...

The don is due to leave Melbourne today at 16:00 and arrive at Port Kembla at 5am on 02/01/11. You might be lucky and get yours before the 17th Jan .

Maybe I missed it in searching but...who and how is a compliance done on a new dub? Does the individual dealer do it or is it farmed out to another business to do it? I'm asking because the Topeka docked in Brisbane on the 21st and I'm really not expecting to see the car until mid January with the holidays. Is the dealer here in Cairns do the compliancing then that may speed it up. I see most people recieved their vehicles within 2 weeks of the ship docking???

Patricks perform it.
They do things like add the child seat anchors etc.
