maybe get a multi-profile remap with valet mode for her.
If you doun't want to spend money then have a look at her seating position & how she places her foot & controls the throttle?
When my wife started driving she was very jerky on both throttle & brake. It turns out that she was using her whole leg to actuate the two controls (like a stairwalker machine) with the pedals under her instep rather than the ball of the foot or toes. She wasn't using the fine motor capaability of her ankle.
Also, her footwear was inapropriate (very thin soles).
I think if you get her to drive it more, eventually the process will become 2nd nature.... although my wife absolutely refuses to drive my manual Octavia because she can't get the throttle right & revs the crap out of it.
