Cools, well, I'm happy that you've settled on a GTI that you like, and have lots of great options like the Dynaudio

Hey thanks Coreying, It took ages but then the clouds finally parted etc and it now is the definite colour for me. No doubt in my mind, happy at last.

And yeah I hope the Dyna is ok, or were you joking?

No, I was trying to subtly let you know that you've spelt GTI and Dynaudio wrong by having the wrong captialisation. GTi's are Suzuki's and Peugots etc. I'm pretty sure you've bought a Golf, so it's GTI. And the Danish manufacturer of your stereo doesn't use a capital A either (well actually - their logo is in all caps, but when written with normal text, it's just Dynaudio).

Dating taller women has its advantages, hence it never stopped me.

As a generalisation, I'd say that may hold true, but it also depends on the circumstances, such as when the car is for sale. For instance, Ford Escorts (for those old enough to remember them) are far more valuable now in 2 door form, despite being cheaper in their day. This is mostly because of their rally history (2 doors used only), and that there were fewer of them sold in that form to begin with. Supply and demand at work.
