    Got it! 2 questions...

Hi, picked up my new Golf today. Difference between it and my previous car (Maxda3 SP25 luxury auto) like night and day, SO MUCH BETTER!

BUT a) my audio streaming actually works intermittently and usually not, rather it shows on screen as skipping the songs in 2 sec increments, so nothing audible. OR, it works fine. Huh? And b) I have a butt-ugly little oval shaped disc marked GPS sitting atop the dasbboard on the passenger side near the windscreen.

    A) the dealer says he will get his techos to look at but can B) be fixed?

    Woo hoo, finally!!!!

Hey mate. Congrats on your car.

You'll typically get quicker answers if you post questions such as the audio streaming issue in the VW Car Audio and Electronics forum... or at least pick one of the existing threads, such as "MDI Niggles" from the Index thread.

As for your "b" issue, pictures help... I'm not really sure what you're talking about.

    for a) no idea
for b) sounds like, when retrofitting your satnav, they've installed your gps antenna on top of the dash for clear signal, you can instead install it inside the dash, above the centre vents, with minimal signal loss. For installation instructions head to http://www.vwclub.co.za/phpbb3/viewt...?f=15&t=116308, however that's for a fresh install, and doesn't cover removing an existing antenna
