    It's in the radiator assembly... pictures care of APR:



    Note, that is NOT the stock intercooler. The stock one is thinner and has plastic end chambers.

    You've got a 90TSI

    The intercooler is integrated into the intake manifold.... just in case you were wondering why it was so massive

    Edit: Here are two images of the 90TSI. The first just the engine looking at the intake manifold. When seeing it from the front you can see that there is a "metal block" exposed.
