As SF is aware, the car I am looking at is not new and outside warranty (not a concern based on how it has been driven)

Will be serviced by an independent (already sorted).

I've actually written the ad for my R. Will decide this weekend if I go ahead or not.

    ps - it is a rather special C63 ....

Get where your head is CM, or your heart truth be told, as we have debated with the GTI crowd it is not about the dollars it is about the enthusiasm

If it is your bliss post your ad now while before the MK7 comes out

One of my mates has a C63. Great car, the noise is to die for. You'll become great mates with the petrol station employees.

It's black SF, as I've told you (in colour and name)

Hookers, no idea what they are. Something to do with real estate ?

Policemen - no, been there, done that

Fridge repair men - only if they can get me cheap tyres

Not to mention tyre shops - the rears on ours last around 10,000kms.

    Golf R Observations and Questions

    Anyway, back to Golf R's

Dealer has arranged a special loaner for me while my R is in for its 30k service

Let's just say, non-turbo, VW, 6 cylinders, Golf

    Always have been mate

Hence my posts in the R32 thread

We compromised with the GTI, always wanted the R32.

The R is good but soulless

I've driven an R32 briefly, made sure to max it at one point. The sound just melts your ears.
