    This result beats any stage 1 Golf R tune (by a long way) and many stage 2 tunes (only basing that comment on the posted dyno result). I realise this could be a one-off weird result but am posting it, as is, given that the tuner is posting it up as a valid result. Beats most stage 1 tunes by 30 kw.

    No hardware modifications apparently, tune only - 210 kwatw ......

    That is going to be interesting with summer approaching.

    I am... sceptical. There's no magical untapped resource in the EA113/K04 that all the other tuners haven't yet discovered. Until we see a car with this tune compared to comparable others running competing tunes, on the same dyno with the same operator on the same day under the same environmental conditions, I'm calling shenanigans on that one. Either that or it should be classified as a motorsport tune and requires 104RON fuel to achieve the numbers...

    C and V Performance, where the tune was done, are big fans of NOS.

    LOL, ATPG have already said on the FB page this is a stock R, AWD dyno, no NOS

    Anyway, I agree, with no hardware changes (intake, DP, HPFP, injectors etc) this is a dyno issue most likely.

    I tried to make out the before and after curves but they didn't make sense and there isnt a lot of detail on the chart.

    Still, they mention new customised tuning and something about this R, being so new, has some new manufacturer software on it ?

    Ah, I don't do facebook.

    Yeah, dyno issue is most likely. Lack of info makes it hard to tell. If it is a genuine, safe result then good on them.

    The torque curve looks wrong. Wonder if they played with ramp rate or ran in a different gear?
    Haven't seen too many R's with a constantly rising torque curve,95% have that rapid peak, then slow decay (like the red torque curve).
