Really do like these paddle extensions after driving it today. Much easier to flick the gears whilst driving through the line and they fit the shape of the steering wheel so well.
Surprised how well made they are for the cheapness. Would be nice if the red text lit up at night
Such a ricer although at least they are functional. They are staying on.
I tend not to use the paddles so figured it wouldn't be worth it..

Nice one.
My observation of the day, TCS works. Was playing with a Lancer RS or Evo and forgot I had turned off TCS, a 2nd gear sprint had me going a bit more leftwards than I wanted (very wide road, enough for two cars but no lines). Tried again later with TCS on and no dramas.
For gods sake leave it on..

I was only pootling around town until I saw that massing Evo grill in my mirror. If the road wasn't so wide I would've been straight off the power and there'd have been no problem. But yeah those Lancers do look fantastic on the outside. If I didn't buy the Golf I'm sure I would've ended up in a Lancer. Main things stopping me were the bland dashboard, bad rear visibility, speedo/tach dials around the wrong way (imo) and the fact that my friend had purchased on earlier and I wanted something different.
yeah definitely not enough reasons to get one..![]()

Hi All
Has anyone had any issues with wind buffeting from the sunroof when the roof is in certain open positions (mainly in near full open position ) - I'm not sure if it's just me or if it's common to all golf sunroofs. This is the first Golf I've had with a roof and it isn't extreme but it's noticeable.
I'd be keen to know if I should have it looked at.
Cheers
Mark
Yes. It's common.
It's common with most hatchbacks with a sunroof.
My S3 used to do it.
Drop a window slightly.
