Just to add, S is definitly the way to go. You will achieve the best results possible without a doubt.

Quick questions on the LC, do you need to floor the accelerator with your foot on the brake? Will it limit itself to 3000 rpm? I've tried a few times but haven't floored the pedal

    Hey,

    Dont worry!!

Yes just floor it and the revs will initially "seem" like they are going to jump through the bonnet, but they dont, it stabilises and goes to somewhere between 2800-3200rpm.

Mine sometimes does make it launch at 3200-3300rpms.

^12.8 L/km, Almost as good as 16L/100 for the R32
My APR GTI got down to 6.3L/100 on a highway run once.
