i wonder if it relates to the black headlight surrounds?
this might sound like a stupid quesiton but is the VIN number the same as the Vehicle ID? i tried to put that into the CARGO ID on that tracking website and it says no results fouund? I tried the chassis number too and it said the same thing? "no entry found"
How could it relate to the black headlight surrounds if it's standard on most of the Golf range?
Anyway...
PLA - Light and Vision package (includes 8K3, 8N3 and 4L6)
8K3 - Automatic driving light control with ‘leaving home’ function and manual ‘coming home’ function
8N3 - Rain sensor
4L6 - Automatically dimming rear view mirror
Would this car be a special order, it seems to come with 19s by they're silver headlight surrounds

I know what he is referring to, but my comment was still correct. How could an option code which is also present on the Comfortline, GTI and GTD, none of which have the black headlight surrounds, be in relation to the black headlight surrounds? (hell, the Comfortline doesn't even have the option of Xenons, and the GTI/GTD Xenons are only optional),
Not a special order... there literally is not a code to separate the 19" wheels and the headlight choice (which my previous posts about the Lights and Vision package should have alluded to... if there WAS a separate code for the headlight colour, I would have just posted that to stop having to repeat myself so many times....).
As Pepe has said, the wheels would have just been swapped. There was possibly a customer who said that he wanted the car which was already in stock and had 18" wheels, but wanted the 19" wheels, and so the dealer just swapped them...
... it's happened a few times already
