Thanks Corey, haven't found much in the way of R tuning around the site (new car I guess) but will again try the forum you suggested. I'm really only interested in APR, GIAC & REVO as they seem to have the best increase in performance and know-how. Cheers

Oh, I realised in recent years there is some connection between Oettinger and APR, but didn't realise it's ownership. The Oettinger tunes advertise different numbers, peaks, and curves for the same engines. Oettinger also has tunes APR don't (especially on diesels), and the Oettinger warranty is an additional option... but as always happy to hear from someone who knows for sure...
Ive read on another forum, that GUY Harding was infact associated as the importer of the oettinger stuff, before he went/became the licenser for APR.
The thread was about how apparently the Oettinger maps were not extremely reliable or something.. and were actually causing detonation? This was on a thread from like 2007 from golfnet or something? It has been a while since that thread so they may be better now.
Dont know If the Oettinger stuff is now still bought in by GUY H and is in addition to the APR stuff.
Corey you bought an Oettinger kit and you sing its praises.. was that from GUY?
