Hi
I downloaded both versions of the spreadsheet from the first page of this thread but could only find two entries for GTI purchases... am I looking in the wrong place.
This is what I am looking for
GTI 5dr
DSG
ACC
Sunroof
Reverse sensors
18" Detroits
Maybe B/T and if I can find a manual box with all these items I will take that...
Starting the fun today - should be interesting to see where it goes. Must rid myself of my current ride either as a trade or advertise it and deal with racers who want to thrash it then not buy.
Just going off whats on the calculator I reckon between $44k - $46k on the road with some form of corporate discount or serious haggling/shopping of the price. Am I far off? (this is without the B/T but for a DSG model)

Yes, you're looking in the wrong place. This thread was made in July 2009 to post a spreadsheet of the deals people had been able to negotiate with their MK6 Comfortline and Trendlines. The Golf GTI and Golf R were not yet available. I've no idea if anyone has been maintaining the spreadsheet, but I'd say it's unlikely.
The actual pricing threads are:
MK6 Trendline and Comfortline
MK6 GTI Specs and Prices
MK6 R Specs and Prices
