Golf mk6 77tdi clutch replacement

Hey,

so, just purchased a 2010 77tdi wagon and i've gone through the old service history to find that VW strongly recommends replacing the clutch.

I've been looking around and found prices anywhere from 470 to 1300 for the clutch and dual mass flywheel.

are there any good places to buy them in Aus? or do i need to look to europe?

would anyone recommend replacing the flywheel with a single mass?

and any idea's on usual cost from a mechanic for a clutch replacement?
