from what i have read, if u are an accountant, engineer, etc, and a member of the regulatory bodies, then u can get the corporate discount. im not exactly sure which professional bodies qualify, but those come to mind
otherwise, if u are a slick negotiator, then u can easily get around 10-13% off.
itall depends on the dealership, salesman, time of the month, etc.

There are differences between MY10, MY11, MY11.5 and MY12. There are threads on each of the topics.

Would discounts still apply with the current drive away promotions or are they fixed prices?

No idea, u can always ask or try and negotiate with them. As they say, it depends on how good a bull****ter u r and how desperate they r to make a sale.
But it's only on current stock so unless they have exactly or near enough to what u want then.....

There is still heaps of 2010 build stock floating around in Brisbane. The 2011 builds have just arrived, although I think the dealers are pushing these ones more to clear them out before they are too old. Australs and Norris here in Brisbane had a whole heap available, pretty much all 3dr or 2010 build. I don't know where they were hiding all this time....

I ordered mine as a 2011 build as the corporate discount was such that it made no difference which way I went. Hopefully get it this week!!!

They must have plenty available because they are unwilling and to rude to sell a car. Austral, Norris and one other dealer were all extremely rude and very unwilling to sell/order me a vehicle, one of the dealers had something very close to what I wanted but was very rude, so I walked.
