    I definitely notice a difference in acceleration down low with tune. The only time there is any delay is when 'D' doesn't want to play ball and drop back to 1, which can obviously be overcome in manual mode.

    I've driven a Golf GTI with a tune and you get nothing at launch, I wasn't impressed. the Polo kills it in my opinion with zippiness.

    <shrug> Haven't driven the Polo GTI so cannot comment, but I wouldn't want more from my tuned GTI given the traction issues that are already there. The whole point of the tune was for low end torque and throttle response (from the advertising blurb) and it delivered this significantly over stock.
