Australian's think more is better for some reason...
lol... Australian's are apparently arrogant and delusional too![]()
Australians generally don't know a thing about anything.
Audi S3. Sold
Golf R. Sold
Citroen DS3 Dsport. Sold
2016 Skoda Octavia RS Wagon.
I guess 2 doors has always been attached to the sports coupe market, not that a 2dr hyandai excel is a sports coupe ....lol. But that is why VW have the Eos and the scirocco?? That is their specialist or coupe car for the market.
4drs are more practical and may be selling better? Market decisions decisions!
I'm not into 2drs, I find them restrictive and annoying. But then again I am old!!
Ahhh and so much for Aussies huh? I think we have a pretty good idea but perhaps different likes and needs to the yanks and Europeans!

One of the reasons I chose a 3dr is because to me a hot hatch should be a 3dr. It's why u keep hearing people mention "oh, if only it was a 3dr" everytime they see a mk1 gti. It's the way it should be

Exactly... if you need 5 doors, go buy a Golf Wagon or a Skoda Octavia RS Wagon etc![]()
Anyway... I'm not in the market for a Golf at this stage, having already got one, but if I were, it'd be a standard Golf GTI with an APR K04 or Stage 3 kit... since neither the 35 or the R come in the "hot hatch" version anymore![]()
