seems to be some "interesting" information in this thread. I've got a 2009 118TSI with a sports pack, I definitely don't have 19in rims and pretty sure the brake discs are not larger either. the DBA catalouge lists the 70/90/103&118 all as the having the same model disc as replacement(280mm or 288mm) and the GTI and R as both different again.
The auto dipping mirror "kerb" function I do have, but so does my work colleague on her comfortline without a sports pack. Fairly sure it was a comfortline feature (ie: not 77 and 90) along with dual zone climate control.
the latest Golf VI brochure - which i've downloaded to help remind me of what I have to now sell it - mentioned nothing of the sort either.
From the brochure....
- Alloy wheels (Seattle) 17x7" with 225/45 R17 tyres (4)
- Dark tinted rear side windows and rear window, 65% light absorbing
- Front fog lights with static cornering light function, mounted in lower bumper
- Front sports seats with sports cloth trim
- Low tyre pressure indicator
- Sports suspension
can confirm my car has all of these.
