True I've got a blue and white mercedes atm and they could do with a respray. I haven't had a car with metallic paint so don't know anything.

Does that issue really still apply with modern cars? Like, since the invention of the 'clear coat', as long as you polish your car every 6 months and ensure the integrity of your clear coat, the paint underneath is pretty much well protected.

Either way - Black is far harder to maintain than white. Even just washing a black car is a more difficult task as black not only shows scratches more easily, but also shows swirl marks so easily. White traditionally 'masks' swirl marks etc.

I personally like the Candy White and the Black. My missus has a black Golf 118TSI and yes it is hard to keep clean but when she's clean...god damn it's georgous. I've seen the Silver and it just doesn't have the same pull as the other colours. That's my 2 cents.

Which silver? There's two. Reflex Silver and Silver Leaf.

I've seen both and it just doesn't have that affect as the black or white. But that's just my opinion.

Yeah - fair enough. I personally don't like either black OR white.... or silver for that matter.

I was just in South Korea, and I'm probably UNDER estimating, but 98% of cars were black, white, or some shade of silver/grey inbetween.... it was SOOOO depressing. You could literally go a few days without seeing a Red or Blue or Yellow car.

If you are getting a light coloured car (white or silver) you really need to get black leather. But thats just me!

either silver or white, balck leather is the best.
for dark color such as black, deep blue...beige is not bad.

Reflex Silver exterior with Beige leather has a really nice modern/retro look and the lighter interior shows off the cut of the seats .

    Cheers
