Foam block under drivers seat

Took a look under my seat to see if I had those storage trays which I don't but I did notice under the drivers seat there is a foam block that's clipped in...

Is this meant to be there there's no block under the passenger seat

I believe the foam block is a part of the mounting for the latest bluetooth. I don't have bluetooth on mine so can't check.

Yeah it'll be the bluetooth case. Stops it moving/vibrating.
