Error codes?? 103TDI

Hey ,

Just wondering if anyone knows whats going on with my 103TDI 2009 Golf, iv put the scan results below.

I had two lights come on while I was driving on the freeway and I lost a majority of my power(struggling to reach 80km/h up a hill). Was like this for 2 days then suddenly the lights dissapeared and power was back completely??

If anyone has any insight i would appreciate your thoughts, cheers.
