engine miss fires from my 118tsi

    Hey guys,
In a nut shell, my car had 2 miss fires while driving. the dealer did a computer diagnosis and said theres nothing to worry about. Hows i dont trust that.

What should I do? I only put 98 oct fuel and before the engine light flashed, there hasnt been any problems

Having said that, before anyone goes jumping to that conclusion, I agree with what buzuki said. If the engine light came on, and you took it to the dealer, and they checked the car, then the least they could have done is told you what the fault code is. Call them again, ask them to let you know. If they don't, or can't tell you, then find a better dealer

Hmmm, that's interesting.... Hopefully nothing too serious. I didn't realise they have had issues with the 118TSI engine.

Hopefully it's nothing to worry about like your dealer suggested!

Maybe someone with a VCDS in your neck of the woods could help you out with a scan
