Does anyone know how to reset service indicate on MK6

Went to service yesterday, they did not reset my "service now" indicate. Lazy to go back again, does anyone know how to reset? Found instruction on Youtube but I think that's for MK5.

usually done using a diagnostic tool like VCDS or VW's own.

Having said that, I noticed that in the MFD menu there appears to be a line that allows this. though I haven't tried it

It will depend if its odb1 or odb2, I have an odb1 on my 95 VR6 and its a series of button presses on the dash, let me know if its odb1 and I can dig up the procedure for you.

should be able to do it through MFD using your steering controls

RTFM — it's in the manual, and you can also find it by looking through the list brought up by the RH wheel buttons.

I did it!!! It can be done by simply change the setting in MDF. Looks like the new MDF system is much powerful than old one.
