Does anyone have a T10352 (Cam Control Valve tool (N205)) I could borrow Brisbane QLD

    Hi guys,

I am aiming to replace the timing chain on my 2010 GTI in the next couple of weeks and I don't have access to the cam valve (N205) removal tool.

I was planning on purchasing one through Amazon but since the government change the import laws it seems much more difficult to source one for a decent price. And ebay have crazy lead times, I thought I would ask round here.

Happy if someone is will to lend me the tool for a few weeks I will pay postage from where you are and postage back plus some extra for a 6 pack to say thanks.

If anyone had the cam locking tools as well that would be awesome.

    I'm based in Brisbane.

Long shot I know but cheers.

There are three different types you will need the tools. Also these chains aren’t easy to replace you need to have some mechanic knowledge or you will find yourself in trouble. The crank sprocket is held on the the crank by the bolt once removed it it is easy for it to come away then you will need to remove balance chains and oil pump chains to reset Something that cost a few hundred could escalate into the thousands be cautious.
