Would it be viable to get Xenons fitted at the dealer after pick up ?

No. Also Illegal from what i have read due to the self levelling device that needs to be fitted at the factory.

As well as the headlight washing system.

I'd have thought the self leveling motor was actually part of the headlight assembly. So you just have to add the washer jets. With the MK6 this isn't AS hard as it was on the MK6 since the provision on the front bumper is already in place (on the GTI anyway). But yeah - it's just a PITA. If you want Xenon - get it on the order.

If you have a spare $5000 I'm sure they will be happy to fit them for you.

JB aren't able to fit them but you should be able to find somewhere like Volkspower in Melbourne and European Autotech in Sydney.

Installing a Golf Mark VI Rear View Camera (RVC) into a Golf Mark V

(the procedure on the Mark VI is almost identical except you don't have to cut the metal and a slight change to the wiring)
